Goodbye Cusco Carnival 2011

Today sunday was the end of the carnival season here in Cusco and most people gathered around the main square to enjoy music, dance and  local custom.

The parade was held around the main square.

the most popular dish in carnival is called puchero or t´impu in Quechua language.
